VIP Terminal

Read a desk card before you size a trade

VIP members study high-IV setups with a private screener — covered calls and defined-risk credit spreads. Pick a study below to see how that card reads — depth to study, clarity to size, edge to decide.

Only at Winner's Trading Group

WTG Score™

Our own 0–100 desk ranking for study cards. Starts from premium richness, then weighs study economics, street / target moves, headline lean, and earnings proximity. Built for the Winner’s Trading Group desk — not a generic IV label you’ll find elsewhere.

  • Always on a 0–100 scale so weak-to-strong study setups stay comparable.
  • Higher means richer on our scale — preparation context, not a guaranteed winner. Missing card fields stay neutral so blanks do not punish the score.
  • Not the same as Min IV rank or raw contract IV filters inside the app.
What is WTG Score™?

WTG Score™ is Winner's Trading Group's own 0–100 study ranking. It blends premium richness with study economics, fillability, and street / news / earnings context. Higher means richer on our study scale — not IV rank, not a buy signal.

Study ranking — not a buy signal.

  1. This study: High-IV nearest call Nearest OTM call within Max DTE (or Short-DTE ITM when that mode is on). Mid needs a live two-sided book. Not a buy signal.
  2. Call line (clickable ↗) Expiration, days left, moneyness, strike, and mid. Links to an OptionStrat covered-call sketch — external tool, not an order from us.
  3. ROI if not called / called & cost adj Return on net capital after the credit (spot − mid). Sample: mid $0.92 → cost adj $11.48 → ≈8.0% if not called, ≈13.2% if called away. The muted %/mo study pace scales the window for fairer cross-expiry comparison.
  4. Buffer % & Max profit Buffer is how far spot can fall to breakeven (premium ÷ spot). Max profit is dollars per share if called away.

Shared card fields

  1. Spot + day move + WTG Score™ Underlying price, session open, and day change ($ / %) vs the prior close. On weekends the figures are the last trading session. Plus our branded 0–100 study ranking — not the same number as the filter knobs, and not a buy signal. IV richness is a muted history-relative backdrop under the spot line.
  2. Why this score Public-safe bars for Premium, Study ROI, Liquidity, and Context — how the desk ranking leans, without publishing the recipe. Study ranking, not a buy alert.
  3. Spread % & volume Fillability heads-up. Wide books and thin prints are harder to study as executable ideas; the live screener also enforces max spread and min volume.
  4. Earnings chip Next report date and days out. Yellow when earnings are within 14 days; red / pink when under 5 days — a heads-up that the window is tight, not a trade signal. Already-past dates show gray and stay neutral in WTG Score™.
  5. Street & target upside Consensus rating plus where spot sits versus the mean target price. Recent upgrades, downgrades, and target raises or cuts sit next to the rating — context for preparation, not an order.
  6. News Headline lean plus the latest headline when available. Fresher headlines count more than older ones when tone feeds WTG Score™.

Strength

What makes a pick look solid here

A strong card means a rich options backdrop plus a concrete study line — not a guaranteed winner.

Rich options backdrop

Premiums look elevated enough that the study line is worth reviewing for your capital and risk — ranked with WTG Score™.

Clear study math

Covered calls: cost basis after credit and ROI if called / not. Bear calls: credit vs defined max risk. Numbers, not vibes.

Context around the name

Earnings window, headline lean, street consensus, and target upside sit next to the trade line for preparation — and feed WTG Score™ when present.
